No False Representation: Affiliates must not present themselves as the owner, creator, employee, or representative (e.g., Tony Bailey, Molly Leavitt) of Cranial Guard.
No Brand Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on search engine keywords that include “Cranial Guard” or similar.
No Misleading Pages: Do not create pages, social accounts, or apps that appear to be official brand pages. All reviews must be clearly labeled as such (e.g., include “REVIEW” in titles, URLs, and graphics).

No Direct-to-Checkout Linking: All traffic must go through the official Cranial Guard website — direct checkout links are not allowed.
No Adware or Brand PPC: Adware use is forbidden. Do not run PPC campaigns on brand terms across platforms.
No Infringement or False Endorsements: Do not use images, videos, or endorsements you don’t have legal rights to use.
No Fraudulent Activity: Fake signups or referrals will result in termination and non-payment.
All affiliate promotions must comply with:

National Advertising Division rules
All relevant federal, state, and local laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring your marketing practices are legally compliant.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Cranial Guard harmless from any legal claims related to their promotional activities. You are responsible for ensuring your ads meet all legal and compliance standards.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, without notice, for any reason. We are not liable for any resulting loss of revenue or damages.
